"Not just executives or managers, but (other) talented employees with leadership potential are being put through this exercise. A number of executives and employees from both sales and delivery organisation have been handpicked so far. The broad mandate is to help hone leadership skills required to succeed in today's rapidly changing tech environment,” an Infosys executive familiar with the exercise, requesting anonymity, told Economic Times.
The financial daily reported that the Stanford course was spread out over three weeks and around 200 Infosys executives were expected to participate in batches.
