Microsoft is due to report its first quarter earnings for fiscal year 2016 after the bell today.

Here's what Microsoft reported:

  • EPS of $0.67 a share, versus $0.59 estimated.
  • Revenue of $20.4 billion versus $21.03 billion estimated.

Microsoft stock is up 1.76% to $48.03 per share in after-hours trading.
