Moto X To Launch In India For Rs. 23,999

We have already shared with you that Flipkart is mulling to launch the much-awaited Moto X in India. The company has now announced via its Twitter handle that the smartphone will be available from March 19, 2014.

As part of the launch day bonanza, Flipkart is offering 100% cashback to 10 lucky customers. Moreover, if you are planning to bring home a Moto X, along with some of its covers, Flipkart will be offering the same at 70% discount. Even at the time of Moto G launch, Flipkart came up with a similar offer.

People wishing to pick up the Moto X on EMI will also get Rs 1,000 as cashback.

Flipkart has already confirmed via its Twitter handle that it will be launching two variants of the wood-back version of Moto X in India.

On the specifications side, the Moto X sports a 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor, along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

The Moto X features a 10 MP rear camera with LED flash, as well as a 2 MP front-facing camera. It also packs in a 2,200 mAh battery. At the time of the US launch, Moto X offered Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) out of the box, but it soon got the OTA updated to Android 4.4 (KitKat).

As for pricing, Flipkart has tweeted that the device will be available in the market for Rs 23,999.
