Instagram has announced it will be making changes to how users view content on the platform - though it hasn't announced when these changes are coming.

But if you've been on Instagram on Monday, you might think otherwise. People are freaking out about the impending switch from chronological time lines to algorithmic ones, claiming the change is happening Tuesday.

There's just one problem: Instagram isn't changing tomorrow. Or even anytime soon.

"This is not being implemented tomorrow - we still have weeks, or even months, of testing to go," an Instagram spokesperson told Tech Insider. "Currently the test groups are very small. When we roll it out broadly, we will definitely let the community know."

So for now, breathe a sign of relief and know that your Instagram won't be changing this week. And if you're still stressed about the impending changes, head here to learn more about the update.
