In a first, e-commerce portal Snapdeal launched an online The carnival has exclusive offers from top class real estate developers like TVS Emerald, Provident Housing, Runwal Group, Atul Enterprises, Lavasa, Central Park, Ajanara Homes, Mahagun India and Gulshan Homz.
Tony Navin, Senior Vice President, Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives, Snapdeal, said: "The real estate category on Snapdeal has received phenomenal response since its launch. This is due to our partnership with trusted developers, technology innovations that allow ease of online and offline transactions as well as exclusive offers for our customers. Through our 'Freedom from rent' real estate shopping carnival, we want to encourage our customers to purchase their own properties."
Snapdeal has also introduced custom offers here. The negotiation scheme can give customers the option to buy projects at 6%-8% lower price than the market price. That means you can haggle, same as you do with your neighborhood broker/builder.
Customers can choose from over 100 real estate projects in cities like Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi and others. Properties ranging from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 5 crore are available at this carnival.
