Talking about top companies, a survey -The Economic Times-Great Places to Work study- has listed outtop 10 companies in India to work for .
The survey had 791 participants and interviewed 1.55 lakh employees.
Among many questions, the survey asked ‘Does the organization offer housing benefits?’, ‘Does the organization provide a free mobile phone with service plan to employees?’, ‘Does the organization provide an organization credit card to employees?’, ‘Does the organization provide club membership to employees?’, ‘Does the organization offer unpaid career break?’, ‘Does the organization offer fully paid sabbaticals?’, ‘Does your organization have any physically or mentally challenged people as employees?’, etc.
