A penthouse atop a 60-floor building in an upcoming luxury project in Gurgaon has been priced at Rs 100 crore by Delhi-based Raheja Developers. Dubbed as "India's most expensive apartment", the 10,000-square feet penthouse will sport a private swimming pool overlooking the Aravali mountains and access to a roof-top helipad.
The floor-to-floor height of the penthouse would be over 15 feet, while all interior fittings and fixtures would be supplied by luxury brand Versace. The ultra-costly penthouse will have 6 bedrooms and a private clubhouse. It would also sport artificial intelligence home automation system, the company claimed.
