On Monday, the Nasdaq closed above 5,000 for the first time since the height of the tech bubble in March 2000. 

And as we approach all-time highs for the index, some strategists have argued that this time, it really is different. 

In 2015, what we know is that the Nasdaq is fairly concentrated in the US. But in 2015, this might not be a bad thing.
