This season of "Game of Thrones" has seen the surprising return (and in some cases, resurrection) of a couple beloved and long-lost characters from the world of Westeros.

Jon Snow came back from the dead, Benjen Stark returned after a 53-episode absence, and it looks like we're going to see a whole host of missing characters when the show travels back to the Riverlands

So, the biggest question for "Game of Thrones" fans right now is whether or not one of the best, most beloved characters on the show will return in this Sunday's episode.

We're talking, of course, about Ser Pounce

Ser Pounce, in case you forgot, is King Tommen Baratheon's pet cat. He is also the cutest member of the Kingsguard. We haven't seen Ser Pounce since his one appearance in the season four episode "Oathkeeper."

In the book, Ser Pounce is actually one of Tommen's three pet cats alongside Lady Whiskers and Boots. However, Ser Pounce has always been the fan favorite and readers were crushed when actor Dean-Charles Chapman told "Access Hollywood" that Ser Pounce would not be returning for season five.

However, it's currently the sixth season of "Game of Thrones." All bets are off.

Will Ser Pounce return and take the Iron Throne with fire, blood, and hairballs? Perhaps we'll find out this Sunday at 9 p.m. on HBO.
