Dentsu Webchutney secured three shortlists for its ‘The 8-bit Journo’ campaign in the Digital Craft category
  • On Day 2, Cannes Lions announced shortlists for the Craft and entertainment categories.
  • India got 8 shortlists with Dentsu Webchutney's ‘The 8-bit Journo’ campaign getting 3 shortlists in the Digital Craft category.
  • Famous Innovations saw 2 shortlists for its campaigns 'Reaction' and 'Lynching' for The Photographic Society of India.
On Day 2 of Cannes Lions, India has added 8 shortlists in the the Digital Craft, Film Craft, Industry Craft, Entertainment, and Entertainment for Music categories.

Dentsu Webchutney secured three shortlists for its ‘The 8-bit Journo’ campaign for Vice Media in the Digital Craft category for Native & Built-in Feature Integration, Innovation & Use of Technology and Real-time Contextual Content sub-categories.

Meanwhile, in the Film Craft category, Facebook’s Pooja Didi by Chrome Pictures and Taproot Dentsu got a shortlist in the direction sub-category.

In Industry Craft, Reaction and Lynching by Famous Innovations for The Photographic Society of India got 2 shortlists in the Print & Publishing sub-category.

In Entertainment category, The World’s Most reported Trailer by Triggerhappy Entertainment and Dentsu Webchutney was shortlisted for Audiovisual branded content for Audience engagement/Distribution Strategy sub-category.

And in Entertainment for Music, Wunderman Thompson, Bangalore’s ‘Save Our Sentinels’ for the Jimmy Nelson Foundation got one shortlist in the use of original composition sub-category.

We did not get a shortlist in the Entertainment for Sports category.

Cannes will today declare the results for Creative Data, Creative Strategy, Direct, Media, PR and Social & Influencer categories.
