How much top advertising agencies pay employees in the US

Insider rounded up the latest salary data from advertising companies including WPP, Omnicom, and Publicis.
  • Ad agencies are trying to fill loads of roles amid a talent shortage.
  • Insider analyzed the latest government data to see what agencies paid employees.
  • Salaries include up to $275,000 for creative director at Omnicom to $168,000 for project directors at WPP.

Insider analyzed government data for the past three fiscal quarters to see what some of the industry's biggest players pay employees. This information only concerns international hires and base salary, though most agencies offer bonuses and some provide equity.

Salaries include up to $275,000 for creative director at Omnicom to $168,000 for project directors at WPP.
