Insider is seeking nominations for Insider's sixth-annual list of the most innovative CMOs in the world, and we want to hear from you.

Submit your ideas via this survey by 9 a.m. ET on May 17. We'll aim to publish the list in June.

The advertising industry has been rocked by the coronavirus, even as advertisers cope with other seismic changes, from Apple's and Google's privacy changes that are fundamentally changing ad targeting, to the rise of new mediums like streaming and gaming.

This list will highlight the executives powering their companies through these changes.

We'll spotlight people who are using data in marketing in new ways; building in-house services; reaching consumers through new mediums; pioneering new advertising models; and finding new ways to cut costs.

They don't have to necessarily hold the CMO title, but should be the senior-most marketing executives at consumer brands and in their roles for at least six months.

Criteria and methodology

The list will be based on factors including executives' influence on their company's performance, their role and responsibilities, the size of the brand, and their impact on the industry. The more quantitative data shared to demonstrates the executive's contribution to their company's growth, the better.

We will determine the list through our reporting and input from a panel of independent experts.

Again, submit your nominations here. Check out last year's list here.
