These rising stars are shaking things up on Madison Avenue, facing the challenges of modern advertising head-on, and innovating on a daily basis.

They are developing creative and breakthrough campaigns, melding data and marketing in new ways, or fighting challenges to the traditional agency model.

They should be pushing the envelope at their own agencies and have the potential to be future leaders in the industry.

Criteria and methodology

This is the second year that Business Insider is profiling the rising stars of Madison Avenue - ad agency talent across various departments who are age 35 or below.

The ranking will be determined by factors including the nominee's role and responsibilities and impact on his/her ad agency and the industry.
