An exec who just bailed on Twitter is heading to Facebook to lead product for Instagram

Peter Deng, the previous head of product at the photo sharing service, went to work on Facebook-owned Oculus earlier this month, leaving the spot vacant.
Weil had overseen product at Twitter since October 2014 and in his absence, CEO Jack Dorsey will be taking over.
