AP SSC class 10th board results 2019: Girls outperform boys

Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh, has announced the results of Class 10th(SSC) today. The overall pass percentage this year stood at 94.88%.

Girls have outperformed boys, again. The overall pass percentage among girls was recorded as 95.09% while for boys, the pass percentage stood at 94.68%. Last year, the pass percentage for boys stood at 84.41% whereas the pass percentage among girls was higher than that of boys at 94.56%.

The number of students that passed the class 10th board exams have increased, compared to last year. In 2018, over 600,000 students appeared for the exam with an overall pass percentage of 94.48%.

While the class 12th results were released earlier, with an overall pass percentage of 72%.

Students can view their results on BSEAP official website bseap.org. The exams were held from 18 March to 2 April 2019. In 2018, the results were declared on 29 April. The scores will also be uploaded on the RTGS portal of Andhra Pradesh government.
