Beleaguered SpiceJet Rejects Reports Of Receiving Credit From Oil Companies
Cash-strapped airline SpiceJet stated that it has received no credit from oil companies. It also put an end to speculation that it had failed to submit any revival plan on Wednesday.

The beleaguered airline termed as "complete speculation" the reports that SpiceJet has already received Rs 17 crore from the investors in order to clear all its dues to oil companies.

As per a statement issued by SpiceJet's COO Sanjiv Kapoor late on Wednesday night, "... there was no revival plan due for submission today."
In late December, SpiceJet had put across a revival plan to the Ministry of Civil Aviation. It was then told to submit a revised comprehensive plan with more details.

Amid its increasing financial troubles, SpiceJet, which is owned by the Kalanithi Maran-led Sun Group, also had to cancel many of its flights.
