German luxury automaker Audi on Thursday launched the Q8, the facelift version of its premium SUV in India ahead of the festive season. The Audi Q8 was first launched in India in 2020 and this is the first major facelift for the car in the country. The car comes with some design changes and new features.

The Audi Q8 has been launched with an ex-showroom price of ₹1.17 crore, a premium of ₹10 lakh over the outgoing model. Bookings for the car are already open and deliveries are expected to start soon.

The Audi Q8 comes with slight changes to its design, including a new grille with vertical inlays, new HD matrix LED headlights, LED DRLs with digital signatures and a revamped bumper with new air intakes for better performance.

The Audi Q8 is equipped with a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The engine is capable of delivering a maximum power output of 340 hp and 500 Nm of peak torque. It is mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission and the company's Quattro all-wheel drive system.
