MG Motor has showcased its upcoming electric and hybrid vehicles, the MG4 and eHS.

The MG4 is a fully-electric hatchback based on the company’s Modular Scalable Platform architecture.

The MG4 is globally available in two battery variants – a 51kWh variant with a 167 BHP electric motor and a 64kWh variant with a 201 BHP electric motor.

MG Motor claims a WLTP range of 350 to 451 km per charge.

The eHS is a plug-in hybrid car that is equipped with a battery pack, an electric motor and a petrol engine.

The eHS is equipped with a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that delivers 162PS of power and 250 NM of peak torque.

The eHS is equipped with a 16.6kWh battery pack that is claimed to offer 52 km of range.

MG Motor is also evaluating the launch of the MIFA 9, Marvel R, eRX5, MG6 and the MG5 cars in India.

The company also launched the MG Hector with a starting price of ₹14.73 lakh at the Auto Expo.
