The Mumbai-based EV start-up PMV Electric has launched its first electric microcar in the Indian market, Eas-E. It is a 2-seat quadricycle featuring a tallboy design. Further, the car has circular headlamps and an LED light bar at the front. The Eas-E is a cost-effective alternative to Tata Tiago EV and the upcoming MG Air EV.

The Eas-E can seat up to two people, a driver at the front and a passenger at the rear. It is 2,915mm in length, 1,157mm in width, and 1,600mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,087, while the ground clearance will stand at 170mm.

You can book the PMV’s Eas-E on the official website for a token amount of ₹2,000. The company claims to have received over 6000 bookings from India and international markets.

47V lithium-iron-phosphate battery | The battery produces 13HP of maximum power and 50 Nm of peak torque, enabling the car to accelerate from 0-40 km/h in under 5 seconds. It has a claimed top speed of 70 km/h.

The battery can be fully charged using a household 15A power socket in three to four hours.

PMV Electric will sell the Eas-E in three battery pack options, offering three range capacities - 120km, 160km, and 200 km.
