The Maruti Brezza gets a 1.5-liter, K15C engine, which gets mild-hybrid technology as standard. It produces 103HP along with 137Nm of torque.

Maruti Suzuki claims a maximum fuel efficiency of 20.15kpl for the manual version, while the automatic version claims 19.80kpl.

Brezza continues to sport 5-speed manual transmission as earlier, the 4-speed torque converter unit has been replaced by a new 6-speed unit with paddle shifters.
