The history behind 911 Carrera

In 1952, Porsche released a special version of its 356 sports car called the 356 America. It was built specifically for the US market, and 70 years later Porsche released the all-new 911 Carrera which will be only sold in the US.

Engine specifications

The new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet America is packed with a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre boxer six-cylinder engine that generates 473 HP.

Exclusive styling

The car is exclusively designed by specific team members and it is finished in Azure Blue color. It features a black windshield frame, keeping it classic.

Other new details

The car has red and white stripes on the lower sides of the doors with the word ‘America’ along with white ‘911 Carrera’ and red ‘GTS’ badges.
