Tata Motors has launched the Altroz Racer, the company’s latest premium hatchback in India.- The Altroz Racer is a sporty version of its existing Altroz hatchback.

The Tata Altroz has received many variants over the years, be it a CNG variant or an affordable sunroof version. The Tata Altroz Racer is aimed at the Hyundai i20 N Line and is packed with new features.
The Altroz Racer is priced starting at ₹9.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in three variants.
The Tata Altroz Racer retains the same design as the existing Altroz but now comes in a dual-tone finish which includes a standard colour and black. In addition to this, the car comes with white stripes on top of the black colour, adding a sporty element. The Altroz Racer is available in three colour options – Atomic Orange, Avenue White and Pure Grey.
The Altroz Racer features a new all-black dashboard, ambient lighting and coloured highlights. The car comes with a new 10.25-inch infotainment screen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, a 360-degree camera, six airbags and ventilated seats on the front.
The car continues to offer features such as a sunroof, ABS with EBD, Harman Kardon sound system and more.
Powering the new Tata Altroz Racer is a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine that can generate 118 hp of power and 170 Nm of peak torque. At present, it is available only in a 6-speed manual transmission option and there is no automatic variant.
