There have been multiple car and two-wheeler launches in the first five months of 2024, offering several options to customers looking to upgrade their wheels. This includes the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Ather Rizta, Mahindra XUV 3XO and more. June 2024 is also expected to witness some car and two-wheeler launches.

Audi Q8 facelift

The Audi Q8 facelift, which was globally launched in 2023 is expected to finally arrive in India in June 2024. The car features an aggressive design language and features a 3-litre turbocharged petrol engine with a mild-hybrid system that can produce 335 hp of power and 500 Nm of peak torque. The Audi Q8 facelift is claimed to offer a top speed of 250 km per hour.

Tata Altroz Racer

Tata Motors is expected to launch the Altroz Racer hatchback in June 2024. The company showcased the vehicle at the first Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. It is a revamped version of the company’s existing Altroz hatchback and offers a sportier option with revamped interiors and exteriors. It features a 10.25-inch infotainment display, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, six airbags, sunroof, ventilated seats, TPMS and more. It is expected to become the company’s premium hatchback offering once it is launched.

Force Gurkha 5-door

The Force Gurkha 5-door is expected to be launched in India in June 2024. The car is expected to come with new 18-inch alloy wheels, redesigned headlamps and more. The car is expected to be equipped with a 2.6-litre diesel engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and offer a four-wheel-drive option. It is expected to offer features such as a 9-inch infotainment display, digital instrument cluster, TPMS and more.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire

After the launch of the Maruti Suzuki Swift in May, India’s largest automaker is expected to launch the 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire in India in June. The sedan will offer an improved design and new features while retaining the same engine. It will be available in a 3-cylinder Z Series 1.2-litre engine that can produce 80.8 hp of power and 112 Nm of peak torque.

Honda Activa Electric

Honda, India’s leading two-wheeler maker, is all set to enter the electric segment, with the launch of the electric version of its popular scooter, Activa. The Activa Electric is expected to feature the same design as its ICE counterpart and offer a range of around 100 km on a single charge. It will take on the likes of the TVS iQube and the Bajaj Chetak in the country.
