Top cars to watch out for in 2022: From Creta, Vitara Brezza, Mini Cooper to Kia EV6, here’s what to expect

Hyundai Creta (Facelift)

One of the favourite compact SUVs of India is getting a facelift in 2022, with some cosmetic changes and an updated feature list. Expected price: ₹11-18 lakh.

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza 2022

Maruti might finally give the Vitara Brezza an update that it needs. It could get an electric sunroof, an updated infotainment experience, 360-degree cameras and smart connectivity features. Expected price: ₹8-11.5 lakh.

Mini Cooper SE

The all-electric Cooper SE has already sold out ahead of its 2022 launch. It features a 32.6kWh battery, 181bhp, and 270 Nm torque, with a 270 KM range. Expected price: ₹50-55 lakh.

Citroen C3

French car maker Citroen is expected to launch its second car in India in 2022. The Citroen C3 will be another SUV with a 1.x-litre petrol engine along with a turbo petrol motor. Expected price: ₹8-12 lakh.

Jaguar E-Pace

The E-Pace is Jaguar’s compact premium SUV, launched last year after the F-Pace. It is powered by a 2-litre engine and comes in petrol and diesel variants. Expected price: ₹50-60 lakh.

Kia EV6

The Kia EV6 will mark the company’s debut in the EV space. It is expected to arrive in two variants – all-wheel and rear-wheel drive. Expected price: ₹60 lakh.

Audi Q7 (Facelift)

The Audi Q7 refresh was launched back in late 2020, but will arrive in India sometime in 2022. It is a seven-seater and sports all-LED tail lamps, a 10.1-inch infotainment system, and a 3-litre petrol engine. Expected price: ₹1-1.2 crore.

Volvo XC40 Recharge
