The move to list these companies will help improve debt ratios and expand the company's investor base, said Jugeshinder Singh, Adani Group CFO in an interview to Bloomberg.

Adani New Industries, Adani Airport Holdings, Adani Road Transport, AdaniConneX are the companies that will list along with the group's metals and mining units, said Singh.

The Ahmedabad-based company undertakes green hydrogen projects wherein it manufactures wind turbines, solar modules, batteries among other components.

Adani Airports has won the mandate to modernize and operate six airports such as Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram through a competitive tendering process held by Airports Authority of India (AAI). Adani Airports will operate, manage & develop all these six airports for a period of 50 years.

Adani Flagship company Adani Enterprises launched a ₹20,000 crore follow-on public offer (FPO) that opens on January 27 and closes on Jan 31. It plans to fuel its green hydrogen ambitions, and repay a part of its debt with the proceeds.
