Copper futures slide on soft demand
New Delhi, Mar 26 () Copper futures on Thursday fell 1.43 per cent to Rs 365.70 per kg as speculators reduced their exposure due to weak spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for the March month delivery traded lower by Rs 5.30, or 1.43 per cent, to Rs 365.70 per kg in a business turnover of 55 lots.

Similarly, copper contracts for the April month delivery fell Rs 4.95, or 1.31 per cent, to Rs 371.80 per kg in a business turnover of 1,531 lots.
