L&T raises Rs 1,000 cr via NCDs

New Delhi, Jan 24 () Engineering and construction major L&T on Friday raised Rs 1,000 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

"The Company has today issued and allotted 10,000 6.72 per cent Rated Listed Unsecured Redeemable NCDs of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore which will mature on April 24, 2023," L&T said in a BSE filing.

The debentures are proposed to be listed on the NSE.

L&T stock settled at Rs 1,359.80, up 2.03 per cent, on the BSE. SID SID ANU ANU
