Next on the list is Amazon. The report talks about work life balance being a key measuring parameter. A look at Glassdoor, a popular website where employees anonymously review companies, shows that the global player is popular for that.

India’s steel giant is also hailed for its good work life balance and work ethics. As many as 81 percent of Glassdoor users say that they will recommend the company to a friend for employment.

India’s second biggest company by market cap, TCS, finds praise for its brand value, job security, and free learning platforms from employers who think it is a good place to work.

Microsoft, a global tech giant, is fifth on the list with employees happy with work life balance, flexible work hours, and a good opportunity to learn, according to Glassdoor.

Electronics major Samsung has been strengthening its engineering and R&D teams in India and is known for work life balance, job stability, high brand value, respect, and good pay.

Infosys

Company co-founder Narayana Murthy has been a longtime proponent of maintaining a work life balance and Glassdoor reviews show that. As many as 79 percent on the platform say they will recommend working here to a friend.

The Indian automobile player has been rising in strength under the leadership of its relatively new CEO, Marc Llistosella. As many as 84 Percent users on Glassdoor say that they will recommend the company based on its good work ethics and other mentioned factors.
