From BharatPe to MindTickle — Ten Indian startups raised over $825 million this week

Two companies — BharatPe and MindTickle — entered the unicorn club (valued at more than $1 billion).

BharatPe | Amount: $370 million

Merchants-focused payments company BharatPe entered the unicorn club this week. The round was led by US-based investor Tiger Global.

Infra.Market | Amount: $125 million

Construction material e-commerce platform Infra.Market raised $125 million in a Series D round led by Tiger Global, at a valuation of $2.5 billion.

MindTickle | Amount: $100 million

MindTickle, a startup that helps small and large enterprises improve their sales, is the latest startup to enter the unicorn club. The company raised $100 million in Series E funding round led by SoftBank, at a valuation of $1.2 billion.

Yellow.ai | Amount: $74.15 million

Yellow.ai is a conversational customer experience automation platform that helps companies build chatbots and voice bots in more than 100 languages. It has raised $78.15 million in Series C led by WestBridge Capital along with Sapphire Ventures and Salesforce Ventures.

Jupiter | Amount: $44 million

Indian neobank Jupiter has raised $45 million in the latest funding round led by Nubank Global Founders Capital. A neobank is a digital bank without any physical branches.

Zeni | Amount: $34 million

Zeni is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered fintech platform that offers services like bookkeeping, accounting and taxation, among others.

MoEngage | Amount $32.5 million

MoEngage, which helps companies like Domino's engage with their customers, raised $32.5 million this week to go big on their international expansion plans. It plans to set up offices in New York and Boston.

Toothsi | Amount: $20 million

Toothsi, which is a dental products company, has raised $20 million in a Series B funding round led by Eight Roads Venture. Think Investments and the Mankekar Family Office also participated in this round.

Onsurity, a tech startup that provides healthcare-related services for small and medium businesses (SMBs) and startups, raised $16 million led by Quona Capital.
