Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), which is a government-owned aerospace and defence electronics company, is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up 91 engineering trainees and technician posts.

Technician ‘C’25

Engineering Assistant Trainees (EAT) will undergo training for an initial period of six months during which they will be paid a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. On successful completion of the training and on passing the gradation test they will be entitled to a regular pay scale which will range between ₹24,500 and ₹90,000 per month.

Candidates selected for the Technician ‘C’ post can expect their salary between ₹21,500 to ₹82,000.

Eligibility criteria for both the roles —

  1. Candidates must be Indian citizens and the maximum age can be 28 years.
  2. For EAT — Candidates should have completed a 3-year diploma in engineering from a recognised Institution.
  3. For Technician ‘C’ — Candidates should have completed Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) with either a one-year apprenticeship or must have done a 3 years National Apprenticeship certificate course.
Selection procedure

The eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written test for 150 marks which will consist of — General aptitude (50 marks) and technical aptitude (100 marks).

Candidates belonging to general/other backward classes (OBC)/ economically weaker section (EWS) are required to pay an application fee of ₹250 plus 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) through online mode.
