  • To meet these calls, many companies are actively hiring diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leaders, despite overall hiring being down.
  • New data from LinkedIn shows that demand for diversity-related roles spiked in late May and early June this year.
  • There's been a 71% increase worldwide in all DEI job listings over the last five years, with the role of "Head of Diversity" growing by more than 107%.
  • Companies with a DEI team were 22% more likely to be seen as “an industry-leading company with high-caliber talent," according to LinkedIn.
