The Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the results of Class X board examinations on July 15, says Prasar Bharati citing Union Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. Students will be able to access their results at the official website cbseresults.nic.in. Students can also visit cbse.nic.in or results.nic.in to check results. Umang app and Digi locker can also be used to check results.

Here’s how to check your results —

  1. Go to the official website of CBSE results at cbse.results.nic.

  2. Click on CBSE class 10 result 2020 link.
  3. Enter your details like roll number and date of birth.

  4. The results will be displayed on your screen.
  5. You can download the results or print it.

Students can also get results via SMS. Type CBSE10 <<RollNo>> and send to 7738299899.

According to CBSE, there is a marginal increase in pass percentage since last year, 91.46 pc students pass class 10 exam.


This year over 18 lakh students appeared for the class 10th board examination. However, CBSE has decided not to release any merit list or topper’s list this year due to coronavirus. Some of remaining board exam papers scheduled in July were also cancelled due to the pandemic.
