The examination was conducted around March. The state board examination for class 12th took place from February 18 to March 17, 2020. This year, nearly 14 lakh students appeared for the class 12th examination.

Once declared, the students can check their scores on the board’s official website maharesults.nic.in.

Due to the coronavirus lockdown, the evaluation process was delayed. This may also be because of the sudden surge in the number of infections in Maharashtra. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID cases in the state stood at 113,445, as on June 17.
