Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM)

Overall score: 87.59 | Rank: 1 | The public research university is known for its technical education and various other courses. It is often the first choice of several marquee companies and has a record of placing more than 200 students every year.

Indian Institute of Science

Overall score: 83.57 | Rank: 2 |It is one of the oldest and finest centers in India which is internationally renowned for its academic excellence. The institute was established in 1909 with active support from Jamsetji Tata and thus it is also known as the ‘Tata Institute’.

Overall score: 82.35 | Rank: 3 |IIT Bombay is considered among the top engineering universities in Asia. It offers a wide range of educational programmes including engineering, physics, humanities, social science and many more.
