Election 2019 DMK Candidate list for TamilNadu
DMK has announced that it will contest in 20 Lok Sabha constituencies during 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu. The remaining 20 are given away for Congress and the other allies of the party. Four constituencies have been earmarked for the children of the top leaders in the party, leaving out two others for women candidates including K Kanimozhi, who will fight from Tuticorin constituency. Tamilachi Thangapandiyan, another woman candidate will fight from South Chennai. Kadir Anand, the son of senior party leader Durai Murugan will face the elections from Vellore constituency. K Ponmudi’s son Gautham will contest from Kallakurichi.
