The Hindi film Joker is a fantasy sci-fi is a story of an Indian origin NASA scientist Agastya who struggles to find the name of his village Paglapur on India’s political map. In 1947 when India and Pakistan were being separated, the cartographer ensured that the village didn't find a place on the map as it had the region’s largest mental asylum.

Agastya works on a secret project which involves creating a device to communicate with aliens. He brings the mentally ill population to lie that they spotted UFO.

The film received poor reviews for failing terribly. If you find the idea of an alien landing in India and boogying with pelvic thrusts to saucy songs funny, this is for you. Otherwise, it's a joke of a film, said Anil Sinanan from Time Out.
