UK-based beauty and cosmetics platform Cosmetify released a report on the wealthiest celebrity brands of 2023. Priyanka Chopra’s brand, Anomaly Hair Care ranked second - beating Kylie Jenner and Selena Gomez’s brands. Here’s a look at the complete list:

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna
With a revenue of £477 million (approximately ₹4,800 crore) last year, Fenty Beauty by singer and actor Rihanna bagged the top spot. Earlier this year, Rihanna promoted her brand during her performance at the SuperBowl LVII.

Anomaly Hair Care by Priyanka Chopra
Launched in February 2021, Priyanka Chopra’s Anomaly Hair Care recorded revenue of £429 million (approximately ₹4,300 crore) last year and ranked second on the list. Originally launched in the US, the brand made it to India in August 2022 and is available on the Nykaa website.

Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner
Reality TV star and socialite Kylie Jenner launched her line of cosmetics, Kylie Cosmetics, in 2015. The brand recorded revenue of £301 million (approximately ₹3,000 crore) last year and is ranked third on the list.

Singer Ariana Grande launched her cosmetics brand R.E.M. Beauty in 2021 - the same year as the launch of Priyanka Chopra’s brand. Currently, Grande’s brand ranks fourth. It recorded a revenue of £70 million (approximately ₹720 crore) last year.

Actor and singer Selena Gomez founded Rare Beauty in 2019 and officially launched the brand in 2020. The brand promotes inclusivity through its products, developing easy-to-use packaging for people with disabilities. It’s ranked fifth on the list and recorded £50 million (approximately ₹507 crore) revenue last year.

The superstar of the 90s and one of the OG Charlie’s Angels, actor Drew Barrymore launched the cruelty-free cosmetics brand Flower Beauty in 2013. Today, the brand is sixth on the list with a revenue of almost £42 million (approximately ₹416 crore) last year.

Branded as uncomplicated skincare that actually works, Go-To Skincare was launched in 2014 by Zoë Foster Blake, author and former beauty director at Cosmopolitan and Harper’s Bazaar. The brand made revenue of almost £31 million (approximately ₹304 crore) last year and is placed seventh on the list.

Alterna Haircare was originally launched in 1997 to create sulfate and paraben-free hair-care products, with zero animal testing.
