​Jubilee: Amazon Prime Video

Featuring an ensemble cast of Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aparshakti Khurrana, Ram Kapoor and Wamiqa Gabbi, among others, Jubilee is a period drama about the film industry in the 1950s. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwayne of Sacred Games and Udaan fame, the series premieres on April 7.

​The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel S5: Amazon Prime Video

Mrs Maisel is coming back on April 14, and she’s bound to be marvelous as ever. The comedy-drama follows the life of a housewife who discovers she has a knack for stand-up comedy. Set in the 1950s and 60s, the show is known for its impeccable performances, strong writing, and of course, beautiful dresses.

Russo brothers, of Marvel fame, are back with an action thriller starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles. The series, which will also have an Indian spin-off, releases on April 28, 2023.

​Ponniyin Selvan - 2: in theatres

The sequel to Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus is all set to release in theatres on April 28. Starring Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the movie is based on a Tamil-language historical fictional novel on the Chola empire.

​Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan: in theatres

Salman Khan, who was last seen in a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, returns to the silver screen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Releasing on April 21, the film is an action drama that also stars Pooja Hegde.

Radhika Apte, Sumeet Vyas and Rajesh Sharma lead this action-comedy about a former spy-turned-housewife who returns to the world of espionage after a decade. The film will be released on April 14.

Jeremy Renner, who recently made the news for surviving a catastrophic snowplow accident, stars in this four-part mini docuseries. Premiering on April 12, the series focuses on how Renner helps underserved communities across the globe. Anil Kapoor is a guest star on the show.

Starring Tanya Maniktala (of A Suitable Boy fame) and Shantanu Maheshwari (of Gangubai Kathiawadi fame), Tooth Pari is a fantasy thriller that follows a vampire who falls in love with a human dentist. It will be released on April 20.
