Holidays bring respite from the daily chores and routine. They are welcomed by all, from students to working professionals. However, bank holidays can affect some of your essential banking and financial activities. Hence it is very useful to keep track of the bank holidays to plan for your needs well ahead of time.
The festive season is upon us, and November 2020 has some additional holidays that the banks will account for. Apart from this, according to the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, banks in India remain shut on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month. Also, note that November 2020 will see five Sundays.
It is important to note that some of the bank holidays will be applicable only in some states, depending on regional festivities. Here is a list of bank holidays for November 2020.
