The 7.45-acre private compound is one of the largest homes on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island.

Located at the very end of Puako Beach Drive, it has around 1,000 feet of ocean frontage and is composed of 10 different parcels.

The largest of the 10 parcels is a 10,000-square-foot home designed by Big Island-based architect Lucky Bennett.

The property has large, airy rooms complete with stone flooring and white furnishings that create a bright and refreshing atmosphere.

There are large dining tables with views of the nearby coast.

Cozy seating areas are surrounded by large windows that let in sunshine and ocean breezes.

The patio has a BBQ, tables, and sofas for relaxing.

There's also a wet bar and billiards room that opens to the oceanfront swimming pool and spa area.

An exercise room is ideal for those wanting to get in shape at home.

Swimmers can catch views of the beach from the property's oceanfront pool.

Each of the seven bedrooms opens onto the terrace and offers oceanfront views. The home also has seven bathrooms and two half-baths.

Since the area was once part of an ancient Hawaiian fishing village, the property is filled with archaeological sites and ponds — some natural, some man-made.

The tree-lined grounds are great for a relaxing stroll.

And of course, you can catch some pretty magnificent sunsets from the yard.
