The massive underground bunker is located in Rothenstein, Germany, deep below a limestone mountain.

The property is a whopping 76 acres in size and claims to be the world’s largest underground shelter for long-term protection. Guests will only be allowed to enter via helicopter, which will be provided by Vivos.

Complete with blast doors and protective corridors, the shelter is said to be able to withstand nuclear blasts, direct plane crashes, biological and chemical agents, earthquakes, and any armed attacks.

Inside, there are more than 16,400 feet of continuous tunnel chambers. The property includes two customized climate and ventilation systems, as well as a self-contained water and power generation system that allows for independent use without support from the outside world.

The area is highly protected, with security guards and gates surrounding the property.

Though it may appear from the outside that Europa One is a simple network of tunnels, the inside is sleek and sophisticated, with modern corridors that create a stunning environment.

Europe One will also include medical facilities in case of any emergencies.

Besides individual living chambers, there is also a communal wooden chapel within the underground bunker.

Another community amenity is the pool, which is set within breathtaking glass windows on one side.

Members can even enjoy their own private underground bar.

Individual chambers are being bought for $5 million and built in-line with the preferences of the owner. Once each member's accommodations are complete, the quarters are locked and secured to limit access to their family and personal staff prior to lockdown.

Each family is provided with a private, 2,500-square-foot floor area which can hold two-story living quarters. Private improvements to chambers include pools, theaters, gyms, kitchens, bars, bedrooms, and deluxe bathrooms.

The fit and finish of most chambers are compared to those of a mega-yacht, with luxurious furnishings and chic designs.

In total, the space includes over 60,000 square feet of blast-proof living areas and an additional 13,382 square feet of above-ground offices, apartments, warehouse buildings, and a personal train depot that only members can access.
