Flipkart is offering huge discounts on Apple iPhone 7, Google Pixel

Flipkart’s ‘Big 10 sale’ is offering huge discounts in smartphones and electronics category. On Day 2 of the sale period, Flipkart is rolling out as much as 23% discount on iPhone 7 Plus.

The Apple iPhone 7 Plus is available for a price of Rs 54,999 for 32 GB, down from Rs 72,000.

Flipkart is also offering a sharp discount of 19% on 128 GB variant at Rs 65,999, down from Rs 82,000.

Meanwhile, Google Pixel XL's price has been slashed by Rs 13,000 and is now available at Rs 53,999. Other models of the Google Pixel are also on offer on discounts of 19-22%.

Redmi Note will be available Rs 12,999.

Meanwhile, Flipkart has also rolled out 'Blockbuster Exchange Offers' on several mobilephone brands.

The competition between Flipkart and Amazon India is rising as the latter is also offering lucrative discounts.

Amazon has already claimed a 50% increase in customers buying smartphones on its platform on its first day of the sale.

As per Counterpoint Research, while Flipkart beat Amazon in the category in 2016, preliminary data suggests that this year it has already widened that lead by 30% (59% compared to 29% last year) during the first quarter of 2017.
