Chat bots are a growing trend in the tech world at the moment. From enterprise solutions, this next generation bot is creeping into our daily lives. From being a solution generator for enterprises people are now relying on this advanced technology for advice on their nutrition and daily eating habits.

A chat based social fitness app, FitCircle has now also developed and introduced innovative software bots for automated tracking and monitoring. This unique combination of experts and bots enables the company to offer global users instant, high quality advice anytime.

"In this fast paced environment, people are strapped for time and cannot focus on their daily health regime. This kind of technology will them save time by analysing their individual health problems and accordingly give them personalized solutions at the touch of a button," said Aarti Gill, Co-Founder of FitCircle.

When a person decides to be healthy the first question is if he has the right information and next is he is well motivated or not. Google search is customised but not personalised which is where physical experts come into play.

“If you go to an offline nutritionist, it will approximately take 35 minutes to give you the right solution. But with chat bots experts can handle 50 people in one day,” said Aarti.

The chat bots first categorises the person under age, sex and problem and then searches its database for a match. If he gets a match, the diet prepared for that match is given to him/her else he enters the details and consults an expert who in turn enters a new diet in the database.

One must note here that chat bots are like children. They become intelligent over a period of time with information being fed. The venture will help nutritionist to map people and diet into clusters, she said.
