Founded by Malhotra, Synergyse was launched in 2013 in Toronto with an aim to train its users about the use of Google Apps.
"As more businesses sign up, we wanted an elegant way to scale our training offerings to our customers and our customers' users," Google Apps Operations Senior Director Peter Scocimara said. He added that Synergyse uses a virtual coach for the Google Apps interface, which along with voice and text interactive modules, will help users start using apps quickly, and would keep them updated about the new features.
