Economists polled by Bloomberg are looking for the 20-city home price index to rise 0.95% month-over-month and 13.45% year-over-year.

This compares with a 1.03% MoM rise in October, and a 13.29% YoY rise. This was the biggest gain since February 2006.

Home prices have been up for 20 straight months and economists warn that the pace of home price growth will cool going forward.
