Here's what it's like inside one of the world's most successful hotel restaurants
London EDITION
The Marriot-owned Edition hotel is one of three located in London, Miami, and New York, and is the brainchild of renowned New York hotelier Ian Schrager.
It opened in 2012 and boasts 179 guest bedrooms and a fitness centre, but it's the restaurant, Berners Tavern - headed by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton - that is making waves in the capital.
Of the Marriot group's 4,000 hotel restaurants worldwide, Berners Tavern is by far and away the most successful. It's the highest grossing in the global organisation and has already been given the award for Best New Restaurant at the Tatler Restaurant Awards, and Restaurant of the Year for London at the AA Hospitality Awards.
