1. Place the Fitbit Charge 2 into its charging cradle, and then connect the USB cable to a power source.
2. Hold down the single button on the side of the Fitbit Charge 2 for between 10 and 12 seconds, until the Fitbit icon pops up on the screen.

6. The screen will say ERROR; release it, then hold again.
7. Finally, the screen will read ERASE. Let go. Your tracker has been reset.
