Wipro founder's contribution to philanthropy is not unknown. Premji is the top donor in education and environmental sustainability giving away ₹7,867 crore and ₹35 crore respectively.

Asia’s richest man is the highest donor for disaster relief and management as well as sports for development with donations worth ₹261 crore and ₹21 crore respectively in the sectors.

The Larsen & Toubro chairman has donated the most in healthcare in 2020 – ₹76 crore.
