Here’s how Airtel is helping its customers
Airtel has partnered with the Apollo Hospitals Group to help its users stay safe during the Coronavirus pandemic. The telco has launched a Coronavirus risk assessment tool in collaboration with digital healthcare platform Apollo 24/7.
The Coronavirus risk assessment tool is available on the Airtel Thanks app. The assessment tool is similar to the one on the Aarogya Setu app.
“These are unprecedented times and we are working hard with our partners such as Apollo 24|7 to leverage digital technologies to help the nation. We hope this innovative tool can provide a sense of urgency around the need for social distancing to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19,” said Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO (India and South Asia), Bharti Airtel.
Ola extends mobility to expecting mothers at Cloudnine Hospitals
Ola and Cloudnine Hospitals have partnered to make Ola cabs available at all six Cloudnine centres in Bengaluru. These centres are located in Jayanagar, Old Airport Road, Malleshwaram, Bellandur, Whitefield and HRBR layout.
In line with government regulations, patients will be able to book Ola cabs only for essential visits to the hospital.
Customers can use Cloudnine Hospitals’ call centres to book Ola cabs in and out of the hospital.
“By enabling access to mobility, in this case for expecting mothers to and from Cloudnine Hospitals, we are filling in for a much needed reliable and secure mobility solution in these challenging times,” Ola said in a statement.
