Even in India Google has topped the Economic Times ‘Best Companies to Work for 2016’ study, making the number of resumes at Google grow by the day! So if you are looking to be a ‘Noogler’ (new at Google) you need to get going now in order to make the shift a few months from now. It may seem hard to believe but Google’s process to hire is pretty basic; it majorly revolves around the three basic steps of any interview, a first conversation with a recruiter, a phone interview and an onsite interview at one of Google’s offices.
